OTCA is a privately-owned company founded by Tribeca Asset Management, one of Colombia’s leading private equity firms.  OTCA has full responsibility and exclusive rights for the management and operation as well as commercialization of the air cargo facilities at BOG.  Today, Cargo City Bogotá is nearly fully occupied with long-term lease agreements with leading commercial airlines like Avianca Cargo, Iberia, and Copa Airlines; well-known ground handlers like Menzies Aviation, Transaereo, and Taescol; local package/express carriers like Deprisa, Servientrega, and Air Cargo Pack; and major international integrators like FedEx, DHL, and UPS.  Furthermore, Cargo City Bogotá features local offices of all major branches of Colombian government (e.g. Police, taxation, customs, etc.), restaurants, banks, and important offices of freight forwarders DHL Forwarding, Kuhne & Nagel, and Panalpina among many others.  Together, the balanced tenant mix and modern air cargo warehouse and office infrastructure allows for an integrated system of commerce which fortifies and promotes Colombia’s position as one of the most dynamic emerging markets in the region.
