Commercial

OTCA’s commercial team is responsible for leasing as well as working with existing tenants to optimize their experience at Cargo City Bogotá.

Operations

The operations team, which includes the disciplines of Security and HSEQ, is responsible for the proper maintenance and day-to-day operation of the facilities. Please see Tenant Resources for more information.

Technical

OTCA’s dedicated technical team provides design support, implementation, and monitoring of all construction and improvement projects at Cargo City Bogotá to ensure compliance with IBC and international construction specifications.

Accounting

The accounting team works closely with tenants, vendors, as well as OPAIN and Aerocivil to ensure the accounting and financial stewardship of this public asset is properly executed.
