What We Do

OTCA, which has a dedicated commercial and technical team, is responsible for the administration, commercialization, operation, and maintenance of Cargo City Bogotá.  Our goals and objectives are clear, to create a fully integrated system of air cargo infrastructure and complementary services to help promote and grow Colombia’s economy.  Colombia is the largest grower and exporter of flowers in Latin America and we are proud that more than 80% of those flowers are exported through the facilities at Cargo City Bogotá.  In recent years, Colombia’s imports have been rising as it continues on the path of fully integrating into the world economy.  The vast majority of imported goods via air cargo arrive in Colombia through Cargo City Bogotá, in fact more imported goods arrive in BOG than all other airports in Colombia combined.
